All items are handpicked from stock and may have slight differences from the photo being shown. Succulent Joe’s sells multiple items of the same product, so not every plant is exactly the same. Unless otherwise stated, you will receive a plant very similar to the product photo.

All items are shipped bare root without their original containers, unless specified.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Items are prepared and shipped within 3-5 days of placing order. You will receive a notification if any delays are expected.
Succulent Joe’s is not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipment. We do package your items carefully and assure you that we do everything we can to make sure your items arrive in the best possible condition.
Returns
No returns or exchanges are allowed.
All disputes or claims must be made upon arrival of package. If there was a mistake by Succulent Joe’s, we will make it right.
Guarantee
We will ship the best product available in stock and guarantee the plant is free of any diseases or pests.
Succulent Joe’s is not responsible for the care of any succulent sold or damages that may occur due to user error, extremes in temperature or other acts of nature.
Problems with your order?
If you have any problems or are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact Succulent Joe’s upon receiving your package. Claims must be made within 2 days once order has been received.
